At first, the entire concept of learning Forex trading may have your mind spinning, but if you discipline yourself to do it step by step, it is really not difficult and can actually be a lot of fun!
At first, some of the fancy words and trading terms may have you feeling a little intimidated. Fibonnaci what?
Not to worry! It all falls into place as you learn more and more. The reason so many people are attracted to learning Forex trading is that it is actually easy to make a lot of money quickly once you know what you are doing! Of course there is risk – and a lot of it – but the potential for grand rewards is at your fingertips!
Have you ever noticed in your travels that the rate of exchange for your currency actually varies every day? If you exchange some of your currency in a foreign country and exchange back what you don’t use before you return home – you will almost always lose or gain a little from you initial exchange transaction. That’s because the rates have changed in that period of time.
That’s what we do in Forex day trading. The only difference is we do it through our broker, not at a bank. It is similar to stock trading in that the broker holds a balance of your money and in essence “lends” you the full amount for your trade.
Your hours will be a little different from “banking hours”, however, as your market is open 24 hours a day from Monday morning in Australia until end of day on Friday in New York.
One of the most important pieces of research you must do when online day trading is when finding a reputable broker. There are countless horror stories of people who were “robbed” by an unscrupulous broker!
These day, many traders are using automated robot or “bot” software for their trades. You set the rules and your “bot” will trade for you. If you find the right bot, you will be amazed at your success. They almost all offer a demo so you can see if you like it before you buy it.
Of course, you want to fun the entire system over and over again until you are satisfied that you understand it completely before you start using your capital.
